TMDIM - Accurately predicting the transmembrane helix dimer

TMDIM is a structure modeling tool to predict the energetically favorable oligomerized structures of a pair of transmembrane α-helces. Given the protein sequences or their individual 3D structure, TMDIM systematically analyzes all dimeric conformations using a residue-scale scoring function by Park 2006 with vastly improved accuracy and screening speed. Top ranked models are reported and their structures are readily available for use.
